The Problem We Are Solving

The Indian enterprise cybersecurity market is structurally broken. Organisations are spending significantly on security and managed services, yet breaches continue to rise, incident response times remain alarmingly slow, and the average enterprise CIO has no clear visibility into whether their security posture is improving or simply generating more alerts that nobody is acting on.

The managed services space has the same problem at scale. Technology platforms are being sold. Monitoring dashboards are being deployed. Reports are being generated. But the intelligence layer — the thing that converts all of that data into a decision, an action, a fix — is missing. Humans are drowning in signals they cannot process. AI, deployed correctly, changes that equation entirely.

Nectarix R&D exists to build the product that closes this gap — an AI-native, India-first platform that makes enterprise security and manageability accessible, actionable, and genuinely measurable for the organisations that need it most. We do not yet know exactly what that platform looks like. We know what problem it solves. And we are spending the next three years building the evidence, the architecture, and the intelligence to get it right.

Enterprise security teams in India process thousands of alerts daily. Less than 5% receive meaningful investigation. Adversaries exploit the noise — and the silence.

Slow Detection & Response

Mean time to detect (MTTD) in Indian enterprise environments averages weeks — not hours. Mean time to respond (MTTR) is worse. The window for an attacker to operate is measured in months.

No Measurable Security Outcome

CIOs cannot answer the question their board is asking: 'Are we more secure than we were last year?' Current platforms generate data. Almost none generate evidence of improvement.

Managed Services Without Intelligence

Organisations pay for managed security services and receive monitoring. What they are not receiving is intelligence — contextualised, prioritised, AI-enhanced insight that makes the monitoring actionable.

No India-Native AI Security Product

Every major security AI platform is built for Western enterprise patterns, threat models, and regulatory environments. India's compliance landscape, threat actors, and infrastructure profile are fundamentally different. No product currently addresses this.

The Enterprise Manageability Gap

Enterprise IT environments have grown in complexity far faster than management capability. Multi-cloud, hybrid, OT/IoT, remote work — the surface area is vast. The intelligence to manage it is not.

Building ML models that detect adversarial behaviour patterns before they trigger conventional alerts — trained on Indian enterprise attack patterns, tuned to reduce false positives, and fast enough to operate at SOC scale in real time.
